Norgesmøllene joins our community

Sofie Østergaard, Sustainability and Packaging Manager at Norgesmøllene.

Møllerens is the brand of Norgesmøllene and represents over 150 years of combined knowledge about grain. Ever since 1866, they have worked with grain-based products for generations - and all our operations have been based on solid craftsmanship. They are professionals who know grains, find the best one and process it as only they can. Since 1866, they have greatly contributed to creating the joy of baking and spreading food knowledge in Norway and made Møllerens Norway's leading brand for flour, grain, bread and baking products.

We gladly welcome Sofie Østergaard and Norgesmøllene as member. Sofie is currently Sustainability and Packaging Manager at Norgesmøllene, and has a very robust knowledge on her field thanks to her doctoral thesis at NTNU on the role of packaging in limiting food waste. We look forward to explore and valorise together Møllerens’s organic biomass residues into precious materials.
