You have a material. A prototype.
A residue stream with commercial potential.
What you need now is a route to market, pilot customers, the right funding applications, a go-to-market strategy, and a press story that makes the industry take notice.
That is exactly what we built, together with Pando. *
How the Scaling phase works
Once a material or product has been developed through our BioDesign Lab process, we activate a dedicated scaling track in collaboration with Pando Partners, a Norwegian commercialisation specialist focused on bringing green solutions into European markets. Together, we cover:
Market analysis and competitive positioning
Strategic partner identification and engagement
Soft funding and EU grant applications
Pilot customer recruitment
Communications and press strategy
This is the same model that took Woolly™ from prototype to pilot clients, an NRK television feature, and two granted funding applications within twelve months of launch.
Who is it for
The scaling phase is relevant for:
Companies that have co-developed a material with us and are ready for market
Existing Bioregion spinouts (Woolly™, Baremark™) seeking new distribution or investment
Industry partners with a validated biobased product that needs a commercial push in the Nordic or European market
We do not take every project to this stage.
We take the ones that are ready, and we make sure they land.
