Gøril Selvik is our new board member

Gøril is visionary, committed, energetic and a results-oriented leader with broad experience as general manager, marketing director in the grocery industry (Orkla and Freia) and in the insurance industry. She is now leading Connect Vest in Bergen, linking people, knowledge and capital.

Experience with board work, with documented results with bottom line improvement, cultural development, brand building, change management, organizational and strategy development, she is concerned about how unique customer experiences create in encounters with people and on digital surfaces. Gøril has experience in collaboration and interdisciplinarity is necessary to solve most challenges optimally.

Her motto: Better to solve the right challenges well, than to solve secondary challenges perfectly.
